*We do require a shortened practice, with frequent water breaks.

**This will be at the discretion of both coaches and the center referee. All three must agree on this decision. In the event that the game is played, some modification may be instituted, with all parties agreeing (split halves for 3 minute water breaks, shorter halves, open substitutions). In this case, the center referee, and both team coaches must agree prior to start of game.

RAINY/WET WEATHER POLICY

Rain can often force fields to be closed to play.  The City of Santa Rosa makes the call on the condition of the grass fields due to wet weather and whether they are available for play.

Check the web site often as field conditions are unpredictable.

The League owns no fields.  The majority of fields used are City of Santa Rosa Parks or local school district fields.  If fields are used for games or practices when wet, the League risks loss of field use privileges.  There is a $100 fine for playing on a clearly wet or posted (closed) field.
