Recreational Soccer Costs & Financial Assistance

At Santa Rosa South Soccer Club, we strive to keep our programs affordable while maintaining a high-quality soccer experience for all players. Below is a breakdown of costs and ways to save.

Registration Fees

  • Under 6 & Under 8: $103 per player
  • Under 10 - Under 14: $153 per player
  • A $10 late fee will be added to all registrations after June 15th. 
  • This fee does not include the cost of the players uniform, see below. 

Uniform Costs

  • $60 if ordered before June 15th
  • Uniforms must be purchased separately through Soccer and Sports (in-person or online).
  • Save money! You can reuse your uniform from previous seasons—a new one may not be needed each year.

Ways to Save

  • Coach a team – Receive a $50 refund on your registration fee at the end of the season.
  • Reuse or share uniforms – Pass along outgrown uniforms to help another player.

Financial Assistance

We never want cost to prevent a child from playing. If you need financial assistance, please contact us—we are happy to help!

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted by June 30th and must include:
✔ Player’s Full Name & Date of Birth
✔ Parent/Guardian Name & Mailing Address
✔ Detailed Explanation for Refund

Email refund requests to: heeyitsme@aol.com with the subject line: SRS REFUND REQUEST.
Refunds will be issued minus a $25 processing fee.

For appeals, email SRS REFUND APPEAL to the same address. Appeals will be reviewed by the SRS Board of Directors.
